Registering for courses at Mattson Technology can be accomplished in two ways:

A registration form will be e-mailed to you. When registering, please provide as much information as possible on the form. Must provide Managers name, a contact Phone, e-mail address and Course request plus alternate dates. You will get a response within 2-business days in most cases.

The Fremont facility is located near San Jose in the San Francisco Bay area. There are 3-airports near by, San Jose, Oakland, and, San Francisco. Training for all current Surface Cleaning Group products is available on request.

The Dornstadt facility is located in the ULM area of Baden Württemberg. There are 2-airports near by, Stuttgart and Munich. Training for all current Thermal products are available on request.

Attendance
Most classes are 5 or 10 day, with some 3-day classes. The training schedule can be found on the Mattson WEB page. All classes start at 8:00 AM and normally end at 4:00 PM daily. Classes have limited seating. Level 1 and 2 classes are 6-students max, and 3-students min. Level 3 and 4 are 4-students max, and 2-students min. Registration is a first come first served basis. Mattson may cancel classes if not enough registrations 30 days before class date. All students are required to perform all the hands-on exercises.
Dress Code
Recommended dress code is business casual. For safety reasons, open toed shoes are not allowed. Safety glasses are required for some of the maintenance procedures. Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided.
Pricing and Payment
Training cost will be given on request. Each Mattson Tool sold will have 4-Training Credits. Each Training Credit is good for one-level 1 or 2 training class, with 2 TC’s a student can attend 2-weeks of Level 1 and 2 training for free. If no TC’s are available, training needs to be paid by PO. Level 3 and 4 training is not free, there is and additional charge, contact Mattson for pricing information.
Cancellation Policy
Students that have registered will have up to 30-days prior to the class to cancel. Failure to do so may result in invoicing for the class cost. A NO-SHOW student will be invoiced for the full cost of the classes not attending.
